Insurance

It is agreed that the Tenant will have to take out insurance for the protection of its objects exhibited during the event: "Malartic mining and forestry trade show". The Landlord disclaims any liability for theft, vandalism, loss or damage of any kind.

• A forklift for transporting equipment is available for all exhibitors (Maximum load of 2000 lbs)

At the end of the exhibition:

1. Please pack your material and leave it in your booth.
2. You must call your transport company to pick up your boxes after the event
3. It is essential that the pick-up be done on Friday before 3 pm, because after that, we will no longer have access to the arena
